FAQ

Yes. We have a minimum of 12 pieces per design.

Due to the nature of screen printing we cannot print shirts the same day. There is a lot involved in the process that requires time. We also do not keep blank goods in stock, therefore will not have the necessary number of shirts in the sizes you need on hand.

Pricing is based on the total number of shirts being ordered, the total number of print locations (i.e. front print, back print, sleeve print, etc.), the style of the garment being printed on, and the garment color.

Yes! The more you order the better the pricing. Our price breaks are 12-23, 24-49, 50-74, 75-99, 100-149, 150-199, 200-249, etc.

We do require a deposit of ½ on all orders at the time you place the order. You are always welcome to pay the balance in full at the time you place your order. We will start the order process once the minimum deposit has been made.

If you work for an organization that uses PO’s (schools, government agencies, etc.) we will accept a PO in lieu of a deposit.
From the time we get artwork finalized and approved, a list of sizes and ½ down our turnaround time is 5-7 days. We can offer rush services for an additional fee, provided there is room in the schedule.

We can print 8 colors. On dark garments one of those 8 colors will need to be a white under base.

As long as the artwork will work across all of the shirts, yes! The art needs to be the same size and placement across all garments.

We do not charge screen or set up fees!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.

Art fees are charged for the creation of the design. Our artwork fee is generally $40 per hour and most art can be done in about an hour, but it can be more depending on the complexity of the art and the number of changes. We have an artist on staff that you can talk to regarding your art. If you already have ready to go vector art, we do not charge these fees.

Vector art is a specific digital format necessary for screen printing. Artwork created in Adobe Illustrator (file extension .ai), CorelDraw (file extension .cdr), or any art created and saved as an Encapsulated Post Script (file extension .eps) may be used without charge.

We need all artwork that is not in the correct format to be converted into a usable format. We can create something that is similar for you or we will need to send it out to be converted. Each process has it’s own fees. This fee is collected before artwork is created or sent out for conversion.

Since we process all orders quickly, any changes need to be made within 24 hours. After that we will try to accommodate your changes but may not be able to make them if you are working with a deadline. In order to avoid changes, we do email you a copy of the work order and wait for your approval before placing the order for the blank garments and putting it on the printing schedule. This gives you time to double check your order for any errors and let us know of any changes

We rarely print on customer supplied garments. If we do, please know that we are not responsible for any issues or damage that may occur during the printing process. When garments are dropped off we will have you sign a form that states our policy on provided goods.

We will provide you with an electronic proof with every order via email. To ensure we meet your expectations we will make changes until you are satisfied. If you would like a printed sample, you may place an order of 12 shirts.

We can create an electronic proof prior to you placing your order and putting down the deposit on the order. We do charge a fee for the art of $25 and require that be made before artwork is created.

Our maximum print area on a standard tee is 12”W X 14”L.

Yes, we can! Names are $6 for one line of text and numbers are $4 for a maximum of 2 numbers

You need vector art done and ready to go, the shirt color and style, exact ink colors (a maximum of 8 colors), total quantity with size breakdown, imprint location decided on (i.e. left chest, full front, full back, upper middle back, etc.), and a 50% deposit.

Due to the custom nature of your order, we do not accept returns unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will require the garments be returned to us and we will reprint those that were done in error. No refunds are given.

You’re in luck! There is no minimum for embroidery!!

There are several different price points for embroidery. Names on a left or right chest are $14.00. Logos are based on stitch count.

Unfortunately we cannot. Embroidery requires a specialized file. We can have that converted for you. The fee is $40 per converted file.

Our machine is a 15 needle machine, so 15 colors. Most designs don’t use that many colors.

Turnaround time for embroidery is about the same as screen printing and depends on the time of year.

It depends on the item you are needing embroidered. We would need to take a look at it before we can commit to it. The provided goods policy is the same for embroidery as it is for screen printing.
